Soccer Program


Just like any other sport, athletes need to help develop their skills away from the playing field.  A well designed strength & conditioning program can help aid in sport specific skills in relation to soccer. By building one’s metabolic conditioning, an athlete can sustain a higher intensity on the field for a longer period of time than others. By developing an athlete’s strength and power using functional movements, we can increase the distance a player can throw or kick a ball.

With our involvement in training the Lakeland Rustlers Female & Male soccer teams we see the need to help develop local talent into their system.

CuJo Conditioning Ltd. coaches are working on a Strength & Conditioning Program for Elite Soccer Players and hope to see it running in the near future.
