Baseball Program




Just like any other sport, athletes need to help develop their skills away from the playing field.  A well designed strength & conditioning program can help aid in sport specific skills in relation to baseball. By building one’s metabolic conditioning an athlete can sustain a higher intensity on the field for a longer period of time than others. By developing an athlete’s strength and power using functional movements, we can increase the the power to hit the ball while at the plate, or throw the ball while on the field.

CuJo Conditioning Ltd. coaches are working on a Strength & Conditioning Program for Elite Baseball Players and hope to see it running in the near future.
