CRASH CONDITIONING, CUJO CONDITIONING ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2015

LLOYDMINSTER, AB — CuJo Conditioning today announced a partnership with Douglas Crashley of Crash Conditioning, one of Canada’s most recognized names in hockey strength and conditioning.

This partnership will expand Crash Conditioning programs in Calgary and Kelowna to include Lloydminster. Among those that train via Crash Conditioning programs alumni include Edmonton Oilers Justin Shultz & Jordan Eberle, Chicago Blackhawks & Canadian Olympian Duncan Keith, Washington Capitals Mike Green, and NHL Draft first round picks Josh Morrissey of the Winnipeg Jets, Morgan Klimchuk of the Calgary Flames and Conner Bleackley of the Colorado Avalanche and Nikita Sherback of the Montreal Canadiens. Nick Merkley of the Kelowna Rockets, projected to be a first round pick in the 2015 NHL Draft, is another top NHL prospect that trains using the Crash Conditioning programs.

The connection between CuJo and Crash run deep as Curtis’ NHL brother Chad Johnson, goaltender for the Buffalo Sabres is a “#crashlete”, as was Curtis in his junior playing days.

“The Crash Conditioning brand will be apparent from Day One under the roof of CuJo Conditioning Athletic Strength & Conditioning Centre,” said Curtis Johnson, president and director of athletic development of CuJo Conditioning. “We both have great passion in this field and he has been like a big brother to me over all these years and having him and his brand continue to grow what we already have started up here is going to be great not only for CuJo, but the hockey players who are here training with us in Lloydminster and surrounding areas.” Over the past eight years, CuJo Conditioning has built itself into Lloydminster’s premier strength and conditioning centre for athletes specifically ones focusing on hockey.

Crash Conditioning is the leading brand for hockey players looking to develop their on ice abilities through off ice athletic development. Crash Conditioning offers an on ice component in both Calgary and British Columbia.

“Adding our program to CuJo further adds value to what CuJo offers to the hockey world,” said Douglas Crashley, president of Crash Conditioning. “Our plan is to take what we believe to be cutting edge programming to a community and surrounding area that I have watched with great interest for years for what I believe is a burgeoning talent hotbed.”
