Ages 9-13

Here at CuJo Conditioning/ CrossFit Lloydminster we are very focused on changing & developing the way our youth looks at fitness & health. Fitness doesn’t have to be a “chore” or only what athletes do to train for their sport. Like other characteristics that parents instill in their children, fitness and a health lifestyle can be taught at a young age as well, and have great benefits for them while they get older.

During these 1 hour classes kids will learn:

  • How to warm-up and cool down properly
  • Learn proper mechanics of  functional body weight movements that they use in their regular day to day life
  • Develop gymanstic based movements over time
  • Increase body awareness
  • Develop key motor skills
  • Increase their work capacity

  SCHEDULED IN FOR THE WINTER MONTHS**
