Side to Side Bar Climbs

 

Movement Standards

Shoulder to overhead

  • Bar starts in rack position on the shoulders
  • A press, push press, push jerk or split jerk will be accepted
  • Full hip, knee and elbow extension is needed at the top of the lift
  • Bar must be in control before lower for next rep
  • rep must be completed within the designated area

Ball Slams

  • Full extension of hip and knees at top
  • Ball must touch behind the neck

KB SDHP

  • Full extension of the knees and hips at the top
  • KB must touch ground at bottom of rep and at the top Hands to touch clavical

KB Swings

  • Full extension of hip and knees and shoulders
  • Base of kb parallel to roof
  • Arms must be fully locked out.  Base can go beyond

Burpees

  • chest to deck with hand release
  • Full extension of knees and hips in the vertical plane, hand clap behind head must be in vertical plane as well

 Bar Climbs

  • Start on top bar feet off ground, go to bottom bar and back up to top bar – that’s one rep.
  • If feet touches at any point, it is a no rep,  If you fall off bottom bar after 2 hands touched it, you can jump back on bottom bar and continue to finish rep.

Scoring

  • 100 point system
  • For time
  • If you do not complete the Event under the time cap you will be given a score 00:14:00+ reps not completed
