Movement Standards

  • Athletes will load and unload their own bar
  • Bar is taken from a rack
  • Hip crease must clearly go below the knee in all 4 attempts
  • Full extension at the top
  • If you fail a rep you can perform a 5th one only if the bar has not been racked

  • total lbs lifted
