Hang Power Clean Ladder

Men:

155, 165, 175. 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 235, 245, 255, 265

Women:

95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 140, 145, 150 155, 160, 165, 170

Note: If an athlete reaches the last stage of the ladder and cleans it successfully they can either perform the 265/ 170 for reps or can choice to do pistols for points

 

 

Hang Power Clean:

  • Athlete must Deadlift the bar up to full extension of the knees and hips with shoulder behind the bar before performing the clean
  • Bar must stay above the knees in pull
  • Athletes can catch in the squat and split but must return feet under the shoulders
  • Elbows must be infornt of the bar while in rack position

Alternating Pistols:

  • Hip crease below knee
  • Heel must not touch the ground throughout the entire rep
  • Must reach full extension of the hips and knees before planting your other foot on the ground
  • Alternating from left leg to right leg with clean reps to move on

Event Protocol

  • All male Rx’d or Female Rx’d athletes will be lined up ready to enter one by one onto the floor
  • A new athlete will go in every 45 seconds
  • You will have 30 seconds to attempt the weight, after the 30 seconds athletes will hear the TIME call where they than have a 15 second rest till the call of ROTATE is heard. Everyone  who completed their weight will than move onto the next stage as well as a new athlete will enter the floor.
  • If an athlete does not want to or fails a lift they can use the remainder of the time to perform alternating pistols for addition pts

Scoring:

  • 100 point event
  • Weight lifted + pistols performed (each pistols counts as 1 pt)
